Shipping

How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed in 1–3 business days. Delivery takes 7–15 business days to the US and 8–16 business days to Canada. You'll get a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.

My tracking hasn't updated — is my order lost?
Tracking can pause for a few days during international transit. If it hasn't updated in more than 7 days, email us and we'll investigate.

Is the LED mask safe for daily use?
Yes — most users see best results with 10–20 minute sessions, 3–5 times per week. Always follow the included instructions and avoid looking directly at the LEDs.

How do I clean my facial cleansing brush?
Rinse the silicone head with warm water and mild soap after each use, and let it air dry. Avoid submerging the charging port.

Do jade rollers really work?
Jade rolling helps reduce morning puffiness, supports lymphatic drainage, and improves absorption of serums. It works best as part of a consistent routine — keep yours in the fridge for an extra de-puffing boost.

Can I cancel or change my order?
Email us as soon as possible. If your order hasn't shipped yet, we can usually modify or cancel it.

What's your return policy?
30 days from delivery for unused items in original packaging. Damaged or incorrect items are replaced or refunded free. Full details in our Return & Refund Policy.
