Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.
Shipping Times
- United States: 7–15 business days
- Canada: 8–16 business days
- Rest of the world: 10–20 business days
Delivery estimates begin once your order has shipped, not when it's placed. During peak seasons or carrier delays, delivery may take slightly longer.
Tracking
Every order includes a tracking number. If your tracking hasn't updated in more than 7 days, contact us at info@solvedepot.com and we'll investigate with the carrier.
Customs & Duties
International orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties determined by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Lost or Missing Packages
If your order shows no delivery scan and has exceeded the estimated delivery window, contact us — confirmed lost-in-transit orders receive a free replacement or full refund. If your package is marked as delivered but you haven't received it, check with household members, neighbors, and your local carrier first; if it's still missing after 5 business days, contact us and we'll open a carrier investigation and work with you on a resolution.
